Got a spare $4 million? Well, then I have a house, or rather a “Berkshire Bungalow,” for you. The house is on 27 acres and 2 miles from downtown Williamstown. I can’t tell from the picture where it is located, but my guess would be either south or east of town.
The three-bedroom house contains 23 rooms and 8,907 square feet of living space. It has many mainstream luxury amenities that would appeal to almost anyone–such as a hot tub, a mudroom, a sauna, an exercise room, a gourmet kitchen and a library–but some of the features are quite specialized. For example, because the owner has an extensive motorcycle collection, he spent $1 million building a heated garage to house his collection; the two-story space has radiant heat, a half bath, a stone patio, music and intercom system, and can be used in a variety of other ways.
If only I had a mudroom, I could be happy . . .
