Congratulations to Jon D. Michaels ‘98, who will be clerking for Justice Souter in the upcoming Supreme Court term!
Hopefully, Jon has gotten some good up-close views of The Cathedral while clerking for Judge Guido Calabresi, including Calabresi’s lowest moment on the bench.
UPDATE (5/12/05): Thanks to (d)avid, we also know that Jon Kravis ‘99 is clerking for Justice Breyer in the October term as well!
Clearly, it’s a banner year for legal ephs. Congratulations, once again.

Congrats to Jon. I had a few poly sci classes with him and my main memory is that, for a guy with intellect sufficient to achieve that position, he is remarkably down to earth and unassuming. And I do recall the goggles when playing hoops (if that is what “Clark Kent” refers to …)

Jon Kravis ‘99 will be clerking for Breyer next year. Good year for Ephs and the Supreme Court.
