Williams couple seeks full-time nanny for four children. The children are 6 1/2 (girl), 5 (boy), 2 (girl), and newborn (girl). The mother runs a small business from the house and is involved in all aspects of the care and raising of the children. This is not a “sole charge” position, and the Mother will oversee and assist in the following areas:

What good is a an outstanding au pair without skills in discipline. It appears that they are appealing to someone to take the whole family on. This is indeed exciting. Disciplining a child is one thing, the whole family, now that’s being creative and challenging.
