The skyline in this area is dominated by a large crane, which was probably instrumental in raising the large steel beams that you see on the right of the picture.

Quick Note - the work is a lot further along than this picture would suggest. The whole frame is up now.

Pictures, please! These are all from my visit a few weeks ago, so they are necessarily old news. I am glad to know that construction is proceeding quickly.

Those particular pieces of steel are columns. Beams are horizontal.
