PTC -

Re: Post # 2 - Did you ever post the swimming hole information? I tried unsuccessfully to find it. I have been offered a Berkshire house for a few days this summer, and immediately thought of your comment. It's too cold for swimming right now probably but I seem to remember it can really warm up.

If you (or other readers) have a chance, I'd love to know more. And the large group of students working in Williamstown this summer would probably appreciate it, too.

Thanks.

Larry,
I have already been informed that my frosh will be arriving home with bags full of dirty laundry. Counting the minutes, nevertheless.

Will,
You are such a great addition to EB. Indeed, you have had an impact in so many ways. Every discussion on this site needs the voice of a current eph, and you have filled that need with humor, diplomacy, and an informed and wise resolve. I look forward to getting to know you better.

Enjoy your time off...I know your family must be very happy to have you home!

Have a great summmer. I am glad you are exploring, never let it end. Next year, I reccomend that you stick around for at least part of the summer, and hang out with the locals. Nothing beats Williamstown in the summer.

I started a post here a couple of years ago, about local swimming holes. I never did finish those posts... There are many places to swim and they are one hell of a good time.

From Williamstown, you can travel to SPAC and catch a good show. Do an overnight to Boston and walk the freedom trail. Bus into NYC and hang out in the big apple. Williamstown is a good time. The summer is when students connect with the local population. You will be missing something if you do not experience a summer in the Berkshires during your time at Willaims. The Northeast is one hell of a good time, and very interesting.

Again, have a great summer. Enjoy Atlanta. There is a country song that comes to mind... I am quite sure you will!

I love it that you washed your clothes BEFORE you went home.

Bon voyage, Will. Safe home.
