David,

Another military eph who can be added to your list is Brad Brecher '06, inspired by his teammate Nate Krissoff to serve his country in this way.

I saw a few comments in the threads linked about how one would enable Eph Veterans to come speak to students about their experiences after deployments. That could be easily facilitated. If the College offered official invitations to them, through their Commanding Officers, the DOD would most likely foot the bill for such a trip. Or, the College could offer to pay for these Soldiers Sailors Airmen and Marines per diem and lodging, and extend an offer.

Easily done. Really. Well worth it.

Great post Dave.

Note: As long as there is an EphBlog, there will be a Memorial Day entry, a tribute to those who have gone before.

I took the time today to look at the pictures and stories of our Veterans killed in service to our great country. I know many of you have been deeply affected by wars. We have a great military, doing good work. Those serving are highly deserving of our full support and respect.

Again, thanks for the tribute.
