Unfortunately I was not able to capture a screenshot because I did not react quickly enough, but Mike Levine ‘94 is currently featured in an advertisement for John Hancock financial services. The ad referred to his “taking a big paycut”, but I do not recall the rest. I saw it as a banner ad when I was on www.si.com. I imagine not too many Ephs are featured in advertisements of any sort, so I thought I would send along the information and maybe an Eph with quicker reflexes will be able to catch a screenshot.
I couldn’t find the ad here. Can anyone provide a pointer or screenshot?

Ephs being in ads is rare but not unheard of. I’ve seen Perk Perkins ‘75 in ads for Orvis (not surprising, given that he’s the President of the company). I also saw Dan Muzyka ‘75 in a print ad in The Economist when he was an Associate Dean at INSEAD (he’s now Dean of the Business School at the University of British Columbia).
Other media visibility for the Class of ‘75 is Sam Bronfman making the cover of Newsweek and Jimmy Lee making the cover of Forbes.

Mike was one of my football coaches freshman year in high school. His sister (oberlin alumna) was also my 8th grade English teacher. They’re both wonderful people from a very nice family. IIRC, their dad is a Williams alum as well.

Agreed. Any Eph from Bridgewater, NJ is an Eph to be celebrated (even those who forego the opportunity to attend high school at my alma mater …).
