Balanced and rational. Well done David. My advice is that students rent a place in Pownal out in the woods to get away from WPD/ Noise complaints and enjoy some country living... One could have a really good time four wheeling/ skiing, snowmobiling and throwing keggers while looking at fantastic views.. away from the school.
