I heard a rumor once about there being some sort of restrictive covenant on this building preventing its use as a dorm, or something like that … anyone know the story? I know that career services was recently moved here, but after the library complex is completed, wouldn’t this make more sense as another dorm rather, than wasting this location and building style on offices that could be located anywhere on campus?
